I have been a regular user of Dr Beckmann's cleaning products for almost 30 years now. Reliable and easy to use laundry and appliance cleaners that have stood the test of time, and cost very little.

Until 2 weeks ago we had a tired 10 year old vacuum cleaner and a hairy carpet. I felt it could be better, but had no idea just how much better until we got a chance to try out the Gtech AirRam K9. I've been sent a bundle of Dr Beckmann products to try out, including Stain Devils and Glowhite Ultra for my laundry - both of which have been in my cupboard now for the last 25 years and have been essential since I had children. I haven't tried the Colour & Dirt Collector yet, but as my eldest has recently started manual work and comes home looking like he's been down a pit all day it'll come in very useful for his overalls!

I was asked if I wanted to test the Persil Small & Mighty with it's new formula and Stain Eraser Ball, and as I generally use Persil Non-Bio Small & Mighty anyway, I felt it was something I was more than happy to do. They claim it should remove the need for lots of different products in your cupboard, as their Small & Mighty liquid can do the job alone. Not only that, but it can do it at lower temperatures and even in a quick wash.


I was sent a Stain Kit, and a bottle of Biological Persil Small & Mighty. I'm always a bit scared of different wash powders and liquids, as a couple of my family have sensitive skin, but it's good to try new things periodically as technology and skin alter.

I was invited to an event to find out all about e-cloths and sadly I couldn't go - logistics with my children rarely allow me to attend anything. However they offered to send me some cloths to review and I was more than happy to try them.


E-cloths are specially designed to clean without the need for anything other than water. No chemicals, no abrasives, nothing that'll take the laquer off your paint or make your appliances rusty - nothing to aggravate any allergies.

My hands are in water a lot and get quite dry and sore at times, so I'm more than happy to forego cleaning products whenever appropriate and possible.
